I can not recommend Eve enough as a realtor! She was very honest with me about certain homes and areas we looked at in keeping my family’s best interest in mind. We ended up finding an amazing house but we had some hurdles to jump through on the purchase of the home between repairs, lenders, and the owners. She did not hesitate to jump in and literally get her hands dirty with me. She stepped up more than once to fight with the bank on my behalf because she didn’t feel my loan was being handled right. She finally urged me to switch lenders which ended up saving me THOUSANDS of dollars in closing costs and a MUCH lower interest rate. Despite switching lenders midway through the purchase, she made sure we still managed to close on time. I’m so thankful to have had her during this entire process. She truly cares for her customers and puts their best interests first. She isn’t just looking to make a sale but looks to put you into a home that is best for YOU.

We found Eve on the Internet, and I must say she has been a god send. Most of our work with Eve has been over the phone as we are out of state. We flew in on a week end and found the home we would eventually buy, out of the homes Eve selected to show us. Her knowledge of the local area was impeccable. Eve knew exactly what to do as far as the paper work was concerned, and took full control. We appreciate that. We feel Eve has gone above and beyond her duties as an agent, and in the process we have gained a friend.
